Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Trustech provides fleet tracking, AI camera and telematics solutions that include hardware installation and software access.

Due to the nature of our products and services, all hardware supplied and installed by Trustech is subject to assessment before any return or refund is considered.

Returns
Returns may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or installation faults reported within 7 days of installation.

All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Trustech before any equipment is removed or returned.

Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind once hardware has been installed and services activated.

If a product is confirmed to be defective, Trustech may repair, replace or provide a partial refund at its discretion.

Installation and service fees are non refundable once work has commenced.

Warranty
Hardware is covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty terms will be communicated at the time of installation.
